Much like our name, we combine new thinking with our extensive experience to illuminate our mission, and innovative and collaborative action to achieve next level solutions. Our mission is to be a trusted industry leader in professional services, and experts in systems integration and interoperability. We are a 100% Australian owned and operated small business, and we take pride in supporting the Department of Defence and industry to deliver and sustain capabilities that aid our national and regional security.
Meet Our Founders
David has forged a global reputation as a leader in defence and critical infrastructure communications and Radio Frequency technology, and is a co-founder and company director of Luminact.
He is an innovator first and foremost. His proudest business achievement to date is founding Luminact and offering a workplace environment second to none in the industry.
With extensive experience in program management, systems engineering and delivering large and complex programs, David has demonstrated his engineering knowledge across multiple domains including C4I and secure communications.
David’s desire to see Luminact as a preferred supplier and trusted source for all integration and interoperability challenges is fast becoming a reality, cementing Luminact’s position in the market.
A co-founder and director of Luminact, Andrew brings significant experience in mechanical engineering and project management in the defence, automotive and aerospace sectors.
A chartered engineer (CPEng) and Prince2 certified project manager, Andrew has taken charge of numerous large and complex defence acquisition programs, specialising in land vehicles and C4I systems integration.
Placing people at the core of the company ethos, Andrew has helped Luminact become the company that it is today, with an enviable team culture and long-term relationships built on trust and outcomes.
