The team at Luminact was tasked with supporting a large team as they implemented new ways of working in the organisation. We needed to understand the flow of work through the team, identify the sticking points and bottlenecks, and work with the team to implement changes to increase the speed of the work through the system.
Using key metrics and the right tools, processes and techniques, we enabled the team to increase their cycle time while equipping them with the knowledge and skills for continuous improvement.
